Ashoka Wins 2016 FinancialForce 360 Customer Excellence Award for Human Capital Management

Arlington, VA –May 16, 2016 – Ashoka:  Innovators for the Public has been recognized as the winner in the Human Capital Management category inFinancialForce’s fourth annual 360 Customer Excellence Awards. The awards recognized outstanding customer achievements across all FinancialForce solution lines as well as Best Customer Experience, Exemplary use of Platform and Community Champion of the Year categories.  Ashoka received this same award in 2014.

Ashoka was honored on May 11, 2016, at Community Live in Las Vegas, the company’s fourth annual and largest customer conference to date.

The Human Capital Management (HCM) category recognizes customers who have demonstrated innovation and success in human capital management including onboarding, recruiting, benefits management, records management, talent management, and driving employee engagement while leveraging the power of FinancialForce HCM and the Salesforce Platform.  Judges selected Ashoka for its impressive success metrics with FinancialForce HCM, profiled in three separate case studies: 

  • Nucleus Research, an investigative research firm, calculated that Ashoka realized nearly 250% return on its investment with FinancialForce from 2013-2015. 
  • Constellation Research, a disruptive technology market research firm, highlighted Ashoka’s swift ninety-day implementation and worldwide adoption of the FinancialForce HCM software. 
  • FinancialForce identified the key business issues and productivity improvements of Ashoka’s HCM implementation.

Asha Aravindakshan, Operations Director for Global Talent, was also asked to present at Community Live.  Asha presented in the “HCM Customer Showcase: Learn, Share, Exchange Best Practices” and participated in the inaugural meeting of the FinancialForce HCM Customer Advisory Board.
